Data Quality Issues, basic reporting and Analytics.

Created a 16-week plan with two streams: Business and Technology Streams
Conducted Sessions with Executive Management and Senior Leadership of each organization. Defined and
consolidated Objectives, created OKR matrix
Reviewed Systems and select Processes across 6 organizations and documented the same.
Defined 3-year roadmap with key technology initiatives with high level investments to become a single Digital
Mental Health Company
