Inconsistent customer experience because of different Technology stacks in each company, heavy redundancy and
technical debt.

Poor documentation, inconsistent KPIs across organizations,

Data Quality Issues, basic reporting and Analytics.

Lack of Automation, need cost elimination, reduction strategies

Solutions

Created a 16-week plan with two streams: Business and Technology Streams

Conducted Sessions with Executive Management and Senior Leadership of each organization. Defined and
consolidated Objectives, created OKR matrix

Reviewed Systems and select Processes across 6 organizations and documented the same.

Defined 3-year roadmap with key technology initiatives with high level investments to become a single Digital
Mental Health Company
